Doors - mounting depth, dash speakers

Few questions

1 - I have not pulled the doors off to take a look at the stock locations but does anyone know the max depth we can go? I a thinking of doing a PA 6 in each door with a tweeter on a plate but the depth can get deep on a nice 6.

2 - Is there any place in the rear door behind the paneling for a speaker?

3 - Has anyone ran larger speaker wire into the door if so how large and how much of a pita is it?

4 - I am planning to add 3.5 speakers how easy or does anyone have a instruction link on running the wire down through the dash and back to amp them?

someone posted recently that they ran 8 inch subs in the doors, but had to build out slightly.

I actually was wondering the same thing as I am planning a speaker swap out myself..

Yes I was hoping depth wise for enough room to squeeze a 6 and a bullet tweeter combined with a bullet under the dash if possible should be very bright.

Anyone?
