Factory Uconnect

Just wanted to say thaks to aspendog. Bought the factory uconnect off of him received it 2 days after I paid. Great guy to deal with he included all the instructions and printouts took less than an hour to install. Thanks

How does it perform? I actually went to the dealership yesterday to test the factory version and I had nothing but trouble with it. For some reason it wouldnt call anyone from my phonebook.....maybe i wasnt using it right?!?!?!

Haven't played withit much but as far as I know you have to build a new phone book in the car. I don't think you can dial from stored contacts on the phone unless they are speed dials. So far it has understood everthing I have said to it. Tomorrow I will play with it and read the instructions.

awww I see....does anyone know where I can get the OEM version....other than the dealer....I don't really want to trade my arm and leg in for it lol

Mopar super center has them including the jet harness that you will need as a complete kit for 485.00 it took me about an hour to install. I have had a chance to use it a little today the sound comes through clear and the caller seems to hear me fine. It is nice to not hold the phone or adjust the volume love the mode. Going to have the dealer update with starscan this week to add to evic.
