engine noise ahhh

Is that normally a bad ground? i have good RCA running down one side while all power wires down the other. I am using fuse 18 in the trunk as an amp turn on lead. Its so freakin annoying to hear the engine whine to the RPM's. Would getting a better ground on the deck help. i am using the stock wires for power. Just dont want to install a ground loop isolator cuz then i have to buy more rca's to get the look i want. and i am lazy. I am running a kenwood Double DIN DVD, Kicker 3.5" in dash, Kicker 6x9 in door and rear deck. Kicker zx650.4 amp pushing speakers and just finishing install of ZX2500.1 to push 2 Kicker solo-baric 15's L7 firing forward.
