Noob question

Hey guys I have a 2005 300c with the factory nav. I bought it used. I'm just curious is there a way to hook up sirius or XM to it so its nice and clean and nothing stuck to the windsheild or wires all over.

From what I understand some factory decks have a port in the back to get a little box to hooked up. Does the 2005 300c with nav have this ability /?
