Newbie need audio help, please.

I am looking to upgrade the speakers in my car, when it gets here. It has been on oder for five months and it is on its way. The car has nav with sound groupII. My question is, if I don't want to screw with adding amps will Boston NX97 work in the doors and in the rear deck? I posted the spec's below. I already ordered Boston fx3's for the dash. Why are people having issues with adding speakers, seems that the 300 plus watts of the stock system should be enough to power efficient speakers (well by looking at the numbers anyway). What am i missing?

NX 97

I think you need to check on the impedance of the factory speakers. I'm not sure but that could be your issue. Watts don't matter as much as matching the amp load to the speakers.
