Nokia N95 Gadget + UConnect = No Go.. ?!

.
today I bought one of those shiny N95 nokia phones but I'm not that happy with it..

in the afternoon I returned to the shop to get a replacement, because one side of the slider had a little gap, and there was a ticking noise every time you press a button.. cheap plastic..

but now the real problem is, I cant get this phone to work properly with UConnect.. OMG! I cant believe this..

Pairing with uconnect works. phone is paired and authorised, bluetooth is set to Always ON, but it only works once.. when I walk away from the car, the uconnect system cannot automatically connect to the phone next time I get into the car

Anyone got the same problem with N95 or other nokia phones? that's a real show stopper..

I'm not the only one with this problem.. found this on the interweb in a dutch forum, he also complains about the N95 with uconnect not connecting automatically

oh nooo

Ya, you shouldnt have to push the uconnect button every time you get in the car like the other guy said. My Razr is automatically connected everytime I turn the car on. I had a problem with the bluetooth on my old Nokia 6280, I couldnt even connect to my buddies Nokia 6280 with bluetooth, I mean they are the SAME phone. I dont know if Nokia has a BT problem or not. They do make some nice phones, but the BT is a problem Ive noticed with them.

thanks for your feedback

I dont know if I want to keep the N95 if it doesnt work right with uconnect.

..or I could order a second SIM card and put the old razr permanently into the car with a 12v power adapter just for bluetooth and uconnect. argh...

I love my old Razr, but the battery is dead and replacing the battery would cost more $ than a new phone
