Can I hook up my ipod to my stock stereo?

Hello all.

Any help on this most basic of questions would be appreciated. I am electrinically challenged, so please keep it simple. Can I hook up my ipod to my stock stereo (RAK 05064032AL 6-Disk CD/MPS Player) in my 2006 300C?

Thanks!

I got the mopar adapter I love it... 190.00 at the dealer.

Its easy to install, and WAY i mean WAY better than a crappy FM modulator.

dude, don't buy that. Go to best buy, get a 1/8" plug to 1/8" plug cable for $3.99. then plug one end into your AUX on your headunit, plug the other end into your headphone port on the iPod, and set your stock stereo to AUX source, then you just control everything through your ipod.

There is not an AUX source on 06's from what I can see.

Jaked, If you are electronically challenged and don't want to deal with it, I just read an article for you in the latest Mopar booklet. They said you can take your car to any dealership and have it installed (with the real ipod jack) and it will be covered under your normal warranty.

My 06 Touring has the Aux jack which I hooked my IPOD too. 4 dollar stereo plug from RadioShack works like a charm.

Do the factory NAV (rec)units have the input you are talking about?

I have a factory deck with an aux input for sale. I hooked up my MP3 player too it so I have the necessary cord for an IPOD. If you're interested, PM me.
