Re-wire of front and rear speakers

Hey all. Hopefully you can help me out here. I've got a 300 with the non-nav head unit and 4 speakers (2 in front doors and 2 in back panels under rear windshield I believe). I am going to be using a custom computer for my tunes, so I'll be needing to rewire from my equipment to the doors and back speakers. What is the best way to do this? For the doors, I guess I'll need to pull the panelling off (any tutorials here?) and either rewire completely or cut existing wires and solder. Also, how do I access the rear speakers? If I don't need to do any of this, and can run new speaker wires to the wiring harness where the head unit is, please let me know.

All of the wiring can be accessed behind the radio. no need to pull panels unless your replacing the speakers.

It's for everything. I built a custom pc that can do music, games, video, nav, etc. all powered by an inverter. My problem is getting sound from the pc. If my head unit had an aux-in, problem solved. But since it doesnt, I need to wire up directly from the pc, to an amp, to the speakers.
