Digital voltage meter in factory clock location

I saw a picture recently of a digital voltmeter where the factory analog clock goes above the stereo. Does anyone know where I can get something like this done? Is this a part that I can buy or is this a custom job? I think it's a great idea for a stereo system.

The picture attached I believe is a pressure gauge for air suspension, but this is the idea I'm going for.
