Question about my Nav unit

I bought an 05 300C used and it does not have any instructions for the Nav unit with the car.
My main questions are:
Can I get sirius installed on the 2005 model?

How can I change folders on an MP3 disc?

Does anyone know a link to download a manual for the Nav unit?

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Can't help you with the Sirius question other than to say it wasn't available in Canada when I got my car. From what I understand the radio itself is ready to go, just needs the antenna.
