Adam, what issue are you having with the evic? Mine flashes between the sat radio station and no signal.

I thought it was a bad terk splitter?

Yeah, that's the problem I'm having. I didn't cut the wires at all. Just plugged em in. It worked fine until the trial subscription ran out on my RER and I had Sirius transfer my existing subscription from the old unit to the RER. I thought it was cuz the stock SAT receiver and the RER both needed their own subscriptions but there are a buch of people out there that aren't having this problem. Sucks...

I'm probably thinking way out in left field but I wonder if you plugged a old radio back in and changed the sat receiver to ch 184(I think this is the free channel) then reinstall the mygig with the terk splitter if that would fix the problem. It just one of those odd things I would try, this is my engineering side kicking in.

I doubt it is a bad spittler(very little to it) but I have a spare one if you wanted to try it.

I sold my REC as well, but I do have a 6-disk radio that we could try.

Not going to hurt and the most you would be out is 15-20 minutes. If you want to try it out one night next week give me ring and we could probably do it right at your shop if you want.

Yeah that sounds cool I appreciate it. Any night next week is good. I have a heated car port at my shop so it should be all good. Thanks so much!

Awesome, Manny. Thanks. I'm actually not too sure if swapping the old REC in would really work but I'll try anything!
