I'm getting ready to do this in my Sister In Law's new-to-her 2007 Grand Cherokee Limited. Just the Kit and a microphone? Anyone want to reccomend a mic via a link for me? Thanks.

With the 9.807 Update uconnect works fine with my Iphone 3G and read the Phonebook

I only sharpet the 2008 Bezel .

so, did you only have to trim each side? what did use to trim?

question...

is a separate SAT antenna needed?

I tried to install this into a Charger this past weekend, and he had the magnum SAT harness, but the connector on it was different than the connector on his SAT antenna,

the Antenna has a BLUE and a WHITE and the Mygig and Magnum wire is Yellow, the pin out is different so it would not lockinto place.

we tried a TEK Splitter and it had the WHITE and YELLOW but no BLUE..

what's the deal here.

my car never had SAT so I have never messed with it..

120 Sandpaper end many feeling!

yes I am aware of that..

problem is that coming off the SAT antenna at the rear of the car (2006 SAT antenna) there is a blue and white.. no yellow..

IIRC in 2007 they changed the plug on the antenna from a double plug to a single yellow plug. Fortunately I have the newer antenna on mine.
