Fitting 08 mygig bezel in a 06

I am doing the mygig in my 06 this week as soon as I get the 08 mygig bezel I just ordered and needed help from the ppl that used the 08 mygig bezel. How did yous modify the bezel to fit in the 06 300? Thanks!

you must only "grinding " the sids from the down bezel about 3/8 inch ( 10mm)

thats all

What did you use to grind down the sided sand paper? And did you use the stock bezel as a templet and lay it over the 08 bezel to mark where you had to cut? Also did you have to touch up the sides with paint or you cant even see where you grinded the sides once you put the bezel in?

yes sandpaper 60 / 120 i have "cut" and testet in the car, steb by steb until it was perfectly aligned

than sanded nice and slow, no painting, only grinded
