Sirius radio will not activate

After deactivating my factory installed Sirius radio for 2 yrs, I decided to try service again. Now it will not activate. After several calls with Sirius tech support they all say to take it to the dealer. Before doing that is there anything I can check first? My guess antenna wire is loose. Where is the sirius module located in the car?
thanks for any help.

The module for your 2006 factory installed Sirius Module can be found in the trunk, located in the side panel of the driver's side. Pull down the carpeted area to get to it.

I found it I was able to get one connector off, but was not able to remove the cable to the antenna. It was yellow with a red piece on it. I was not able to figure how it releases. Anybody know?
