Thanks
Now I purchased a new navigator/radio, but my old radio does not have the same gps antenna connector as my new one so I need to know the name of my old connector so that I can buy an adapter. Does anyone know?
My old radio looks like this picture. The gps connector is the little gray square to the right just above the fan. http://www.kfzdemontage.de/shops/fot.../4/2/6/9/5.jpg
An adapter would cost more than a new SMS antenna.

I think I give up with my own solutions to the connection of the new radio. I'm afraid I'm ruining anything if I try.
Do you mind pointing out exactly what products I need to buy to make it work? I have tried to look at the pages you gave me (PacAudio dot com or Metra dot com) but I do not understand what I need.
My old radio is a REJ.
My car is a 300c 2.7L -2005
My new radio does not have a standard plug (I think) but the links look like on the link below.
By the schematic, looks like you might not be able to use the original steering wheel buttons.
I did not see connection for that.
Usually you would need the mounting adaptor for the radio.
Then you need wiring adapters and since the GPS antenna has non-standard connector, you need the GPS antenna for your radio.
Then if you want to use the steering wheel controls, you need adaptor for that too (PacAudio), but I'm not sure if they have one for your new radio. They make adapters for Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine, etc.
That is what is usually needed.

Sorry for the delay ... I missed your post!
I have the mounting adapater and the both antenna adapters will not be a problem I think.
My new radio does not ha a brand.
My new radio has both CAN BUS and key wires so it should work.
My problem is I dont know what interfaces I need
No brand on the radio? Then it will be difficult, if not impossible, to get the right harness identified. They are classified by brand of radio by both Metra and PacAudio.

Ok, to bad I missunderstood you whan I asked earlier if I could choose what radio I wanted no matter brand.
