Gracenotes REN Upgrade Issue

Hi All,
I have been searching this site as well as the internet for an answer to no avail. I am hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.
First my Radio Info:
MyGig REN
Application 9.292
Gracenotes 881

I have upgraded the software from 9.211 - 9.292 with no issues

I downloaded and burned the V3373 Gracenotes to a DVD +R Disc. When I insert the disc into the radio it just says "Data" on the screen and never moves. I tried Downloading and burning Gracenotes V 2057 since I read somewhere that you had to do the Gracenotes in steps. This DVD also just sits at the "data" screen.

I should also mention thet I burned the 2 files
Folder GNDB
file gnupdate

I am hoping someone can tell me where I am going wrong.

I had this issue as well. I used Nero express to fix it. Also I didn't update in steps just used the latest version. I can send you my disk if you'd like.

I downloaded and installed Nero 12 trial version. Burned the DVD and same issue. Did you use a DVD +R disc? That is the only thing í can see that might cause this since the player read the other disc.

Yes I used a DVD +R. How long are you leaving the disc in? Mine originally showed "data" but then initiated after about 30 seconds.
