When you say you can't get it to start, are you trying to use the existing connection? I would suggest deleting uconnect from the phone and deleting the phone from uconnect, then start over by adding a new connection. If you aren't sure check on the phone tab by hitting the + next to the existing phone on the phone tab. The delete option should be there. You may also need to delete the phone from the audio device on the phone screen as well.
