if its a monoblock amp, then you should be able to just bridge the 2 terminals together, and then straight wire the sub neg to neg, and pos to pos. for a 2ohm load. ???

ive never wired a mono with 2 sets of terminals, so i dont know exactly how they operate. but thats what makes sense to me. i hope someone knows for sure, cause im curious now.

i cant find any info on the sub you listed. but if it is a single voice coil, then you should be able to just wire it to one set of terminals. and be running 2ohm. if its dual voice coil, you would need to know more in depth specs on the sub.

way more than i was expecting. lol. your sub is dual voice coil. and it looks by the specs, that each one is rated at 2ohms. so if im not having a brain fart. it looks like the only way you can wire that, is for a 4ohm load, or a 1ohm load.

but this should be fine to run it at 4ohms. cause the max power on the sub is only 800watts. and thats all youll get from a 1600w, 2ohm amp at 4ohms.

Absolutely correct! Your sub correctly wired should either be in a 1ohm or 4ohm configuration.

Wiring Option #1
Wiring Option #2

Look on the bright side, your subwoofer is rated 500 watts RMS, if you wire it at 4 ohms, you'll get 400 watts RMS--never know this may just be the sweet spot for that sub without having to worry about blowing it.
