PWC Letter about Sirius Credit Due?

Has anyone else received a letter from Price-Waterhouse auditing firm about a credit due from Sirius? I did, and tried calling Sirius to find out what it was all about. The credit was supposedly due me when I activated my Sirius radio in my 2008 300C SRT8 on 1/1/08. After many calls to Sirius, including their off shore Customer Support who do not even speak or understand good English, Sirius Corporate Customer Service Dept, and an e-mail to the Exec. VP of Sirius I was never able to find out what it was all about. Their customer service is really awful. None of them helped me in any manner until I finally called the Sirius Legal Dept. in Washington, DC, who said that Price-Waterhouse had audited them and found some customers had money owed them for some time. I have been a loyal customer of Sirius ever since 2008 and they never told me I ever had any money due. There are evidently many other customers with balances due. This does not speak well for Sirius! I did mail the form back and requested any money due me be sent to me. Bob.

They never did tell me why it was due. You are 100% right on the off shore support. It really pisses me off a lot. They are complete idiots too. They read a script. They pretend to have American names. Trying to talk to them, or understand them, with my good old American accent English is awful. I sent an e-mail to the CEO of Sirius and told him what I thought of the off-shore Sirius Customer Support and their Corporate Customer Support. The only advantage of calling the Corporate Customer Support, is that they do speak English well. Bob.

Interesting, when I called to cancel it just the other day the lady I talked to was in Iowa. I was on hold for nearly a half hour so I'll second the lacking customer service.

You were lucky getting an American. If you do get one of the foreigners you can request someone in America. The other customer support seems to be in Nova Scotia so you will get an good English speaking person there too. You are right too about the wait time. Bob.

I tried that with Gateway customer support (which turned out to be support Dell/HP/etc) and the guy I talked to in India told me that they couldn't do that. He was so difficult to understand, it was awful. Ended up taking it to a shop in town.

From what I have heard there is supposedly a U.S. law that makes them connect you to a real U.S English speaking person when you get India or elsewhere that you cannot understand. I cannot find it though. Bob.

about the pwc letter, i got one too.

Hey Bob. Did you ever get a response for the letter. I got one too. This time it was from PwC on behalf of Home Depot. I think i didn't cash a check. I sent my letter in but i forgot to make a copy just in case. I sent it in about 4 weeks ago. Still nothing. Also, do you remember what they asked in terms of what info they needed. I remember name and address. I don't remember if they asked about ssn. Hope they didn't. Stupid me.

Hi. No I have never heard from Sirius or PWC. I contacted Sirius Head Office with no help at all. My calls, e-mails and fax to PWC have yielded absolutely nothing. It's a loosing battle. They asked for name and address, phone number and date. Good luck. Best regards, Bob.

Thanks for the reply

Hi Bob. Thanks a lot for the reply. Knowing that my address and phone are all they asked makes me feel a lot better (since pretty much everybody has that info already).
