Thinking bout selling my 05 300C, 22" Asantis, KWv2, Halos, etc

Well, I never thought I'd be posting this, but I'm highly considering selling my baby b/c my wife will soon be squirting out a real baby. If I can get $29,000 for it, I think it would be the right thing to do. If you guys think that's way too much to ask, I'd be interested to hear those opinions as well.

Mods:
*HALOs w/ Black Chrome housings
*22" Asanti 3pc wheels w/ Toyo 255/35/22 Front & 285/30/22 Rear
(tires have tons of tread left)
*KWv2s
*custom fiber glass box in the rear driver's side wheel well w/ 12" JLw3 & JL250.1 amp
*Dynamat on the entire trunk, rear deck lid, passenger side front door, & driver side rear door (I dynamated all those areas and never finished the other 2 doors)
*Tinted rear lights and side markers
*Mopar Dub Edition Grille w/ matching lower vent mesh
*Dub-air CAI

That's all I can think of right this second. I will post more mods when I think of them.

I guess I should mention that it is a 2005 300C w/ about 32k miles on it (mostly highway). It has Navigation & real walnut wood. It does NOT have Uconnect, HID, or Smoker's group.

I live in Houston, TX. Please feel free to PM, respond to this post, or email me at mikew2069@yahoo.com w/ any inquiries.

yeah, you should think about parting out your mods although it may be more hassle than you want

Actually, as of right now, I think I'm going to keep my ride. I keep flip flopping. Sometimes I think I should sell it, but then I go outside and look at her and just can't imagine parting ways w/ her .

It's a great family car. Nice wide opening back doors and plenty of room in the back seat area. It's a pretty darn safe car. Do a search for a accident involving a magnum that was posted to the site back in 2004. The magnum was totalled by a truck (if I remember correctly) but everyone walked from the scene (5 passengers). Amazing.

Kids love it. My kid always wants to ride in it (2-year-old) even though the baby-transport mobile is my wife's BMW X5. "No mommy. I want to go 'zoom' in daddy's car." he'll say!

Hahaha! Thats pretty funny. The reason I was thinking about sellling was b/c we will be losing my wifes income, so I think I was just getting paranoid about supporting us and the new addition on just my income. But I got to thinking how I could cut back other expenses and realized that if I stop going to the Kolache Factory and Starbucks every morning and bring my lunch to work, thats $350/month right there I'd be saving! Plus, like I said earlier, I just can't get ride of my ride right now. I'm attached.

Glad you are waiting it out . Don't make the snap judgement unless you have to...it's a beautiful ride .The loss of income will hurt for some time but it's not forever .And cutting back is certainly an option....a good one .When the baby get's a little bigger...there are always working from home solutions(My wife works from a home office...we have two kids 6 and 2). The expense is not all that much...believe it or not . The baby shower is an amazing idea....your friends and family will come up big time .Nursing is a huge savings for you and the best by far for the baby(are we really talking about breast feeding on a car site!!). The diapers suck (both buying and changing)...but trust me ...it's really not to bad.....financially........but the loss of sleep.....LOL!!! Listen....I'm just saying I've been there....RIGHT THERE....and these things just have a way of working themselves out....don't panic.....enjoy the ride......I'm actually talking about the pregnency here....and best of luck to you , Mike .

Man i'm in the same situation! I can't decide if I wanna sell mine (i'm sure you saw the thread 2 threads below yours). If I can get the right price for it, i'll get rid of mine, otherwise, i'm keeping it! haha.
