While attending my Mothers funeral recently, I was thinking what a great hearse the LX would make and was trying to imagine what it would look like. I assume from your location in Europe that's a 300 Touring you're using and it looks great as far as hearses are concerned. Here in NA we would have to use the Magnum and that wouldn't look as good, unless that is they put a 300 front clip on it. No need for an SRT though. It's not as if they have to get anywhere fast.

The funeral home I dealt with said they were very close to choosing 300's as the lead car, but decided on Cadilacs. Too bad, but here the Caddy's rule in that department.

Not a mod for most people, well maybe FreebirdSRT??? You'd have a place to sleep when on the road Mark! Used hearses were popular here in the 70's. Thanks for the pics/video.

Yeah, but I wan't the driver to keep his foot on the brake, slam the gas, and leave a 50 ft track leaving the church. Dissapearing into the cloud of smoke.

Chrysler Hearse

Hi, I am Marc van Ravensteijn from the Netherlands, and I am hearse-dealer. I sell Lincoln and Cadillac hearses, and started woth the Chrysler 300C hearse.
This is a amazing hearse. I have 2 different Chrysler 300C's.
One is built in spain by blaugam, and in a few weeks I get the Chrysler 300C Krystal. Krustal is located in california, and they build limo's like
Hummer H2m Excursion and Lincoln's. You can find photo's from this Chrysler Krystal on our site. Go to new cars and go to hearses. The difference is that the spanish car is build with diesel engine, 2.7 3.5 5.7 and even the SRT 6.1 liter. The Krystal is only build with the 3.5 V6. The body is 70 cm longer then the blaugam.

Hey Mark. Take a look at your member number below your name. You're Mr. 10,000 around here now. Congratulations on that. Are you the same guy as Fred300C who started this thread, or did he tell you about us.

Sorry, I'm not in the IMMEDIATE market for a hearse, but it's nice to know you choose an LX to build one.
