Some Super Bee Mods

I have been busy with the Bee, doing a few mods I didn't have time to do before SF. I bought a set of the leather door pulls with the chrome rings on the ends, from a member. I had my painter paint the end rings in Det. Yellow.

I installed them last night, in the garage. You have to remove the door panels to get to the 2 (T-25 star head screws) that hold the door pulls in place. I waited until better light to take pics of them installed. Since I am doing more yellow interior pieces, I did not want the door pulls to have the chrome rings on the end.

A Charger SRT owner/member, on another forum, was able to get these letters cut for us, to fill in the recessed SRT, on the OEM Charger SRT hood liner. The place that cuts the letters has tons of colors to choose from. This is there yellow and not painted to match.

This is what a forums is all about. A Super Bee owner/ Forum member, on another site, some of us other Bee owners helped him to find the parts he needed, answer questions, etc. He had these hats made up for us. Saweet.

It has our Super Bee number on the L and 1000 on the R. Plus how cool is what he had done to the back of each hat as well.

I could not install my painted side markers, until Arizona. They were curing from just being painted the night before leaving for Cali., in the back seat, lol. Plus I have not taken a picture yet of the AAC triple ring Bee Halos. Justin was able to get these to me last minute and I got them installed before leaving for Cali. They will have to be re-done. The rock damage the Bee took on the road trip and the fact I did not have time to get clear bra added to the outter lens before leaving for Cali. And I might have Justin play around with Yellow color rings. So more to come on those late on.

Lastly, I found a reproduction Super Bee key chain off of E-Bay. You can also see the vol. knob is Billet Tech's in black chrome finish.

Speaking of Billet Technology. Here are the black chrome finish interior pieces from BT. Dan over at BT installed them in the Bee on the night before SF, as an install clinic, to show others just how easy they are to install.

These are the A/C, radio/nav pieces in Black Chrome

These are the first set of 2007 LX window switch kit (they are different from the 05,06 years). Plus the lock/unlock and lock window button.

The Bee Hive shifter in Det. Yellow powder coating.

Gasp!! You are still in a whirlwind and I'm exhausted from seeing it all. Where do you get all the energy? Oh well, you already know how much I admire your creative talents and look forward to seeing all your accomplishments. Now, won't you spend some time driving all your LXs rather than modding??

Again, congrats on your yellow beauty!
