Whatever color you get go with the medium grey seats which gets you the dark carpet. I got the light grey seats which look great but fragile re: marks, and I put a set of dark mats in.

Non metallic, personally I hate that frosted white Audi started in the late 80s, Caddy copied with that awful diamond white. The cool Vanilla is a rich cream that is ,well, cool. I also considered silver which is a fine choice as well. What was DC thinking with thad deep lava red, I have neither seen nor heard of anyone selecting that hideous color. Now a mid 90s BMW calypso red would have looked great on the C.

I saw a Lava Red 300 about 2 weeks ago here in my city, and I agree it's not a very impressive colour and didn't seem to get the stares. I think the Inferno Red would have been nice, especially if they had the sandstone interior.

Ahh, a sandstone interior is what I love, call it taupe, shale, oatmeal anything in the tan family is preferred. The greys are an acceptable second chioce and as far as the C is concerned, it's the most beautiful color I have ever seen on a C given the greys are the only choice.

Yeah I really like the vanilla because it's not just plain old white. I wish it was metallic though..I didn't really think it was..but it's still a "cool" color

The vanilla is nice because it has that lacquered look, imho.

Yes the laquered look is an accurate description. It is a bit deeper than the wonderful Imron white on some GM cars in the 60s. I washed, clayed, and Zainoed it today and it is so beautiful I don't want to drive it . I did find two brush remnants evidence that the dealer prep included a good old fashioned paint scratching brush wash .
