I have Nikon DX40. Is it good enough to take this kinda pics?

Are my eyes trippin out or do you have 2 sets of the same rims in different sizes?

You have a Nikon so no. jk lens are the important part.

The first pic the rims are photoshoped bigger, the last pic is the real size.
