Its hard to pick which one a like better. they are completely different cars. In fact I don't think there is anything similar about them.

The SRT4 is actually a little faster, though it's a different type of speed than the SRT8. The SRT8 pulls like a freight train while the SRT4 is more of an explosive acceleration once the boost hits. The SRT4 is also little better suited for autocross. The SRT4 is all about econo plastic in the inside while I much prefer the SRT8 luxury features.

I guess it comes down to what I'll be doing with the car. If I'm going to autocross all weekend then I'll take the 4, if I'm going to drive cross country then I'm taking the 8.

Cool pics. I sadly had to trade the SRT-4 to get the SRT-8. I had to keep something with four wheel drive (my FJ Cruiser daily driver). I had the SRT-4 for 6 years, and despite what all those import fan boys were saying back in 2003 it didn't fall apart or spend all it's time in the shop. As a matter of fact, The only problem we had with it was a vacuum hose that recently split. That's it...after 6 years. It had stage 1, Borla exhaust, stage 1 springs, tint and Enkei wheels...loved that car..

The X-Runner wasn't bad either, but too slow...
