'07??? Must be calendar year '07, not 'car year'... glad it sounds like its coming soon, I can save some cash by not getting the extended warranty on my '06 C.
I hope it is a manual only so my wife can't drive it!

Just read about the Challenger concept car in this month's C&D. Based on the 1970 model, with all major styling cues intact. That's the car I lusted after when I was in high school. C&D estimates 18-24 months to production.
The concept has the 6.1L Hemi and a 6-speed manual; rumor has it that a 500 HP engine will be offered.
I meant that in the "Field of Dreams" way, not the other way. Although...

I commented on this a few days ago, my service writer said they've been told the car will start shipping in November. I would guess his source is the same as yours. I'm hoping it's true. That would mean by mid '07 the markup nonsense may stop on the '07's as the '08's get ready to come out.
