New Dodge Challenger - Is It Coming?

DCX, ever the busy car manufacturer has produced another concept thats making headlines and generating alot of buzz. The Dodge Challenger Concept continues to impress us as more and more information is leaked. Based on all the information thats been released it appears that this car will become reality.

So, as it seems another car is added to the Dodge family, another forum is born. We have put up the Dodge Challenger forum at the following URL:

http://www.challengertalk.com

Be sure to get in early and reserve those low userid's as always and be sure to spread the word to any aficiandos who might also dig the Challenger as much as us.

Interesting, is whether rumors that the ME-412 will be made (Mid Engine V12 with 850 HP, 0 - 60 in just under 3 seconds) are true. Does ths outshadow the Challenger altogether?

I havent heard much about the ME-412 or the "Firepower" in a while. I think the Challenger has a much better chance at making production.

Last weekend, Car & Driver Television re-aired their old story about the 'Firepower', and that was about the only thing I had seen or heard about that concept model myself in quite a while; however, there has been some recent 'scuttlebutt' regarding the proposed Chrysler 'Imperial' which appears to have a similar platform, as well as possibly taking some styling cues from the 'Chronos' concept car. Redman has really been following the progress of this particular model.

By the way ekool, thanks for getting the new Dodge 'Challenger' forum up and running.

I just wanted to let the 300Cforums.com members know that Doug Schramm, the graphic artist who has been creating quite a stir with his new generation Dodge 'Challenger' and 'Cuda' concept drawings, has just become of a member of http://www.challengertalk.com/

Here's a fine example of Doug Schramm's most recent work.

Actually, we're just hoping that maybe DCX will make it a 'limited availability' model; i.e., Dodge 'Challenger R/T', Dodge 'Challenger T/A', Dodge 'Challenger CUDA', etc.

Take a look at these new concept photos by Doug Schramm to see why we're all so excited.

Whatever they call it, they should call it in production. It will be a success IMO.
