6 THOUSAND

We did it
Another 1,000 new members in less than 3 months
That's an average of over 300 new members per month ...again!

As always...
To all of the "guests" on the outside looking in:
WE NEED YOU!!

Join the forums and share what you know, or what you have learned with the next member
There are new members joining daily that need guidance...
The continuous give & take is what keeps the information fresh and keeps the forums alive

To the core minority of members that make up the majority of posts
You continue to amaze, not only with your knowledge, but with your generosity in sharing it
and your flair for creative delivery and sense of humor

YOU deserve the biggest "THANK YOU" of all!!!
P.S. SORRY FOR THE LATE ANNOUNCEMENT, BUT IT HAPPENED ON MOTHER'S DAY AND I WAS BUSY BEING A "MOM"

I welcomed someone yesterday who was #6007, so I missed it too. Oh well, there's always 7000. It seems like just a few months ago Linda put up the 3000 mark. Matter of fact it was just a few months ago.

Its amazing how the 300CFourms is just shy by 500 members as opposed to the LXForums where they talk about all 3 LXes while here its just the 300.
It just goes to show how popular the 300 is, YIPPY

Thumbs up Thanks!

A great big thanks to all of the noobies who keep joining this amazing car forum. And - Kudos to all the regulars here who contribute so much with their questions, suggestions, tech articles, greeting and help to fellow members - and to the respectful, good-natured tone that sets this board aside from the rest.

As a moderator here, I would just like to also thank the board owner, ekool, who created the concept and lets the members run it their way.

A special, big, gigantic thanks to the hardest working, unpaid volunteer here - our administrator - HEMEEE. I believe very few are aware of how many hours are put in by Linda behind the scenes - encouraging members, gently reminding folks about policy, occasionally scolding here and there, and for the unfortunate very few who ignore her - unleashing the that red-headed Irish wrath when called for. Linda - this board thrives because of you.

New members come to these boards for the cars. They stay here because of the people they meet.

Jeez, starting to sound like the mutual admiration society "weakly" meeting. You used to PLAY here for the people too. I have to agree that this place feels the most like home for me too. I'm just kidding you of course, and you're one of the main reasons why there's no place like home.

EDIT: 1 away from 2500! Can't waste it.
