Was your vendor un-responsive for these past two days?

As you may know, the 300Cforums.com's entire existence is possible only with the gracious contributions from our supporting vendors. Without the funds they provide, none of this would be possible.

The supporting vendors you see on the forums have shown that they care about this community by contributing. We should all attempt to use our supporting vendors whenever it is possible, and whenever it makes sense to do so.

I'm also writing this to let you know that I made an error that has affected all our supporting vendors from being able to log into the forums and respond to your queries in a timely matter. This is totally my fault and it took me a while to track it down.

If you had a question that didnt get answered, or a support issue, and you thought the vendor might have been leaving you hanging, please do NOT blame them, as it was TOTALLY my fault.

We found the problem earlier today and corrected it, so everything should be smooth sailing from now on. So, I wanted to take this moment to thank all of our users for showing patience and consideration, and to the supporting vendors for making all of this possible.

Hmmmm....

And for your penance, my son, you shall start a forum for Toyota Echo enthusiasts and read every post to the "how good is your gas mileage?" thread 10 times over.

Might I suggest, unless it has already been done...that e-mails get sent to the primary contacts at the vendors to let them know about this so they can try logging in again?

Just a thought.
