Could you possibly send emails when an SRT forum is coming ?

I certainly would have been there, but obviously don't visit the site enough.

As a member you should be getting notification automatically a few days before the sessions. They rotate on several boards roughly every month. There's always an announcement on the home page just like this one. Look for around mid November for the next one.

You also can check the forums Home Page as the announcements are given there... and sometimes stay long after the session(s) have passed.

Go into your User CP and open up Edit Options. Make sure your Messaging & Email Notification option is enabled to Receive Email from Administrators. Make sure to click on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
