Hi

Sorry, english is not my 1-st language, so i can have grammar and spelling mistakes.

I have a problem with my 300C CRD. When i try to start my car, it looks like battery is empty. Actually battery is 14.3V, so it's not a problem. Some how it does not give signal to starter motor.
Does anybody have any idea about that problem? Does anybody have had same problem? Where i should start searching the failure?

Have a nice weekend!

Hi and welcome to the forum from the UK
If you are getting no response from the starter check the small trigger wire on the starter, the connector loosens and loses contact so i would start there.

Glad you got it, with the only details you gave, I was going to throw out there, and this is something to keep way back in your head, a battery can be at normal voltage, but not be able to handle a load and therefore not have enough grunt to start or turn over engine.

Just a little battery tid-bit, (at no charge).

Yeah? See what I did there? :jester:
