I plasti dipped mine a few months back and its still holding up great. If you decide to use plastic dip remember to remove the tape while it's still wet or the tape will peel the plasti dip away after drying

I sprayed a metallic black on everything that wasn't chrome. I think it helped open up the look of the front end, while still maintaining the stock look of the grille...
