chrome

Can anyone tell me what the best cloth to use for cleaning chrome aftermarket wheels.. My wheels have a 6" lip and i want to polish my wheels with chrome polish and i want to know what wont scratch the chrome... is a microfiber towel good? or something else....

Micro fiber is the Ultimate cloth. I would suggest using a terri towel first when cleaning, to do the dirty work, don't want to load up the fibers in the MF towel. They are for final enhanceing, polishing, NOT for deep cleaning. Gary

Gary, your comments are right in line with what I have discovered from experience. I got myself a heap of MF cloths and was killing myself removing the wax/polish so I recently reverted back to open weave Terry cloth for first/bulk pass and final buff with MF.

This is the first time I have seen someone post this, but then it was probably me who missed it.
