How to remove tar & debris from wheel arch?

Greetings from down under!

I want to get the tar and road build-up removed from under my wheel arches. I was thinking of just spraying on a bug & tar remover, then using a high pressure hose.

Any thoughts?

I usually use a product called "Simple Green"...not sure if they have it down there but I usually spray it and let it sit for a minute or two then wipe off the gunk. Works like a dream.

Hey MR 225,

Goo-Gone...Simple Green...All Purpose Cleaner will all work great! Spray a very generous amount in your wheel wells and then use a heavy bristle Brush and scrub, scrub,.....and scrub some more. Give them a good spray down and there you go. High Pressure is cool just be careful with it you can cause damage.

Let me know if this helps?

Thanks,
