cleaning some evaporation stuff behind speedometer

so I think i can do a great job doing an interior detail, and when i go to clean my glass, I see some evaporation behind the speedometer, is there a safe and easy way to clean this?

oh okay, I would say there is kind of a fog BEHIND the plastic for the speedometers, kind of like the kind when you let water evaporate inside a water bottle and its white... just wondering if it was possible to clean it without taking it apart..

Can you clean the inside of your windows from the outside?

Can you clean the carpeting under the floormats without removing the floormats?

Hell, can you clean the inside of your fridge without opening it?

Never heard of that...seems like you'd have to take it off which would be waaaaay to difficult. Seems like some moisture perhaps from humidity build up got behind there. I bet it will go away when the climate changes?
