carpet cleaning?

I have the bone interior , the carpet around the foot rest looks like hell, used my wife steam machine on it, helped but didnt get all the dirt out any tips, someone told me to put salt on it

Yes, numbers 1-10-13. worked fairly well. I've removed exploded pen ink by soaking with SuperClean,rinsing and sucking up water with a Shop Vac
