Ice scraper marks on my paint. HELP!!!

So I was brushing off the car after a snow fall, and I had to use the ice scraper part of it on the back window. I guess I went over onto the paint when doing this and now a couple days later after all the snow is gone, there are marks from the plastic ice scraper all over my roof and on the side next to the window :-(

Can this be buffed out or anything??

Depends on how far done they are. If you've just scratched the clear, yes they can be easily buffed or even hand rubbed out. If you've gone farther than that in to the base coat or primer-no. Clear will have to be reapplied and leveled to match the surrounding area. If that's the cae and you need a walk thru-PM me, and I'll be glad to help

sorry to hijack..

ive got a similar issue, except the black undercoat has been exposed, thats how deep the scratches are. is there anyway to get this out? or will only a bodyshop be able to do it.
and also theres a mark where some douchebag has grazed a shoppping trolley or something against the rear fender.. theres no scratching as such, but the greenish colour paint of the trolley has embedded itself on the car. how do i remove that?

Usaully we don't see black primer coats on cars. Even most black vehicles have a gray primer coat. None of t he cars on the market use a single stage anymore. All are bc/cc which makes repairs easier. If you have surface marks of even another color that have NOT gone thru the clear coat, a simple rubbing out will work. Depending on how severe they are use a mild poliching compound. In small areas, hand rubbing is fine. This will in some cases dull the area as it's removing a minute layer of clear. If that is the case the polish is too aggresive. After the marks have been removed( and no scratches-in which case if they are minor-a swirl mark remover will do just fine). Finish off with a cleaner wax which is a wax with a super mild abrasive that should eliminate and furhter marks.

Are these scratches made by an ice scrapper or someone keying the car?
