Shining the car back up

I have been thinking about getting the car detailed. Here in NY there is a spot where they do a wonderful job. the total price is about 240. thats interior and exterior, wax, polish, wash clay bar etc... I have done my black SUV and i must say the results floored me. So i want to do this to my 300 but was thinking about maybe tackling the job myself. What do you guys think, do it myself or just drop it off to the pros. Also how difficult is it (i know its time consumming) and what will be needed. thanx in advnace
