Weird Shaking At Highway Speeds (120 kph) 91 Octane CAI Tune MDS Disabled

So I have the 91 Octane CAI tune with MDS off, top speed uncapped, and firm shifts & had no problems for about a week, but tonight on the highway, the car started to shake at about 120 kph. It felt as if there was an earthquake underneath...

At first i thought it was a flat tire, but there were no warning lights or low pressure indicators. After shutting off the car & starting again & going back on highway it was fine. I just filled up today with 91 gas.

Could it be that the gas was poor quality? Or that there was some leftover 89 in the tank from before the tune & it caused some minor issues?

It happened again & it seems to only be at 120 kph + speeds. Any ideas anyone?

Does disabling MDS mess with the engine's normal operation, & that could be the cause?

How about you re-enable the MDS and go for a 120Kph ride to see if the problem persists or goes away?
