Wires

Has anyone had much luck with the MSD wires that you can get for a 300c? I will be changing my plugs shortly and though I might as well do the wires while I am down there. Also what have you found out as far as the best plugs to get?

The short of it is, the stock wires and plugs are just fine. Actually, quite a few engine bulders have stayed with copper core Champions because they last longer and perform very well in the 5.7. I have NGK Iridiums and will be going back to the Champions.

Definitely stick with the stock copper plugs. Some owners have reported a misfire code when changing to an aftermarket platinum or other style plug.

Not sure about the MSD wires, though. I'd make sure they don't put too much resistance on the circuit or you'll have the same issue...a misfire code.
