Don't be a tight arse Get the full monty, you won't/shouldn't regret it. Unless of course turning off esp is the only thing you're interested in, but you'd have to explain to me how you'd be interested in that without being interested in the other things it does?
Unless it's just for burn-outs? In which case wouldn't a burnout box be better with no installation to worry about?

Frankly, I don't know why you'd buy both if you can already disable your ESP with the ignition key. Have you tested this? It isn't a function that works on all first generation 300's.
Finally got around to installing my Tranzformer today. I wasn't looking forward to the sore back but it was worth it. Install was about an hour taking my time because I wanted to get it right the first time and I did. All functions work and I'm good with the default settings. It feels like a high performance transmission now, cant wait to give it a go at the dragstrip.
yeah, i'm already sold on getting the tranzformer shift kit control unit,
never liked the way the box shifts, very sloppy, hunts between gears, revs n goes nowhere while it makes up it's mind etc.
(then this is only my 2nd auto in 35yrs driving, 1st being my vette [5yrs] and now the 300c CRD [8 mths])
my concern was with the "no-esp" unit, whether it was worth it.
i'm not into 'hoon' driving, but i like to feel the car.
the ozzie $ is crap exhange rate lately, plus the expensive shipping to down under make overseas purchases costly.
funny thing, it works out a few $ cheaper buying both thru the UK at the custom300 shop, than direct thru zautotech in the US.
Auto.... in a vette? That's just wrong okey:
How's the TZ working for ya? I too don't have much experience with auto transmissions and the shifting has me questioning if it is settings or tired tranny.
