contact for chrysler uk complaints

My alternators just given up on my 08 full service history 300c. i had other issues with car but this is the straw that broke the camels back. trying to call chrysler headquarters but numbers just put you through to dead lines or back to same numpty who gave you the number. cheers

I think the last number I gave you 01753 572333 gets you through to the main switchboard.
Yes, good luck with your alternator problem.
An Alternator shouldn't fail after such a short time.

Just joined the forum after buying a "good" 2006 300C 3.5L. I am the second owner and it has low mileage.

I have a problem: After leaving the car out in rain the spare wheel well fills up with water --- a LOT of water!

Spoke to the local Chrysler dealer, but they no longer sell this model and told me to speak to our local Mercedes dealer. They don't want to know either. It seems this is a common problem. Anyone got any ideas how to remedy this?
