I would not be to concerned about them being SUV/4x4 road tyres myself as our cars weigh more than most SUZ's and 4x4's.

Hi but was told that they would be noisy? Also need the W rather than H rating?

I have found that most modern SUV road tyres are not really noisy (not chunky off road tyres). The budget car tyres the previous owner has fitted on my SRT8 are far worse than any decent brand of SUV/4x4 road tyre that I have had.

The best thing to do is look them up and see what reviews they have before purchasing. Also anything with a speed rating of V and up would be ok on a CRD. The load rating is pretty critical on our heavy beasts.

We only do about 6000 miles a year so we won't be changing anytime soon!

Has anyone ever mentione how damn good the brakes are on the 300c? I love em, best brakes on a car I've owned

Have had new Nankangs AS1's on for a week and been driving 60 mile round trip to work on A roads and countryside (lot of swerving in rain!). Not felt any different from the P7's really.

Absolutely perfect in wet. No issues whatsoever.

Picked them up new from love tyres at £82 each and delivered within 16 hours after ordering. Fitted with new valves (had all wheels refurbished) for £45 quid each by Prestige wheels in Birmingham

See how they wear now over the next 6 months!

You may want to read through this post, not sure if it was because his car had the later style 18" wheels though. 225 or 255

That issue was around 55R. These are 60R. Has anybody used these?
