Anyone any idea if this will be a write off?

HI all,
just wondering if anyone has any idea if my car will be a write off or not,
was hit by a bm .. totally his fault, which was admitted when the police finally caught up with him..

06 300c CRD touring with full startech trim and kit,led cill courtesy lights etc etc value £8500-9000 ?

rear drivers door damaged, rear drivers quarter panel caved in, rear bumper/ fog lights/ parking sensors gone altogether.. startech cill and led courtesy lights destroyed, rear 22 inch alloy damaged, tyre damaged, air pressure sensor ripped off and obvious suspension or back axle damage as the rear wheel is pointing to the right and in at the top, the tailgate and interior trim is out of line and the rear of the tailgate slightly bent up, both rear led tail lights smashed, theother side rear wheel doesnt seem to be sitting 100% right either,
also damage to the nsf wheel and tyre where I took evasive action mounting the curb and embankment and some suspension damage nsf too as I hit the curb at 30-40mph (clonking noise). The rear exhaust section osr was hit also and there are exhaust fumes coming directly into the car, exhaust seem to be blowing from the front and rear..The warning computer on the dash is lit up like a christmas tree too.
Currently have a hire car so am now able to get back to work, but not sure i really want a car back thats had so much damage - it WAS immaculate and will never be the same again..

it seems like the whole back end of the car hasbeen knocked over underneath, checked the boot floor and although the boot floor trim doesnt seem to fit correctly i could only find one small kink on the n/s

hmm, I will try and take pictures this afternoon when i get back in.
The doors all open and close ok apart from the tailgate, but the door gaps on the ns just look "different" to before from my memory. Had a quick look underneath and difficult to see but the axle mounting points on the chassis are obviously kicked out as the whole axle is not sitting square.

bloody mobile with camera isnt working.. flew across the car in the accident and cracked the screen... now the camera wont work either ffs....

The rear wheel appears to have taken the brunt of the impact and treid moving it to the other side of my driveway today and now have rev it to get it in gear and the brakes are not right either (but no constant warning for brakes just intermittent) looking underneath the diff has oil leaking and there may be small kinks next to the back edge of the sunroof on either side.. just cant make up my mind whether they are kinks or not - depends on the sunlight.. independant assessor coming tomorrow so we will see..

TBH, Doesn't sound promising mate. If they write it off you may want to buy it back, strip off the good parts for the replacement and flog it on.

the insurance assessor has been this morning and went over the car, I think he is likely to write the car off but just as he was about to leave the sun came out and it was blatantly obvious that the roof is kinked in 2 places, which you could only see in the sun light!! ffs... really dont want this car back with this much damage!
