It certainly looks identical in Badgx's picture. On Rockauto they quote the 5.7 pump as Part No 215445 and £20.00!! but Part No 214035 for the 6.1 at £66.59. Have they got this wrong ??.

The pump for the 2006 300C 5.7 and the 2006 300C SRT8 6.1 is the same part.

Here is a look-up from JC Whitney: (edit - link did not work - )

If you go to their site, they show the same part for the 5.7 to the SRT8 6.1

Don't know why Rock Auto has different part #. Perhaps one is for the V6 engine?

Thanks for the advice I'll go for a 5.7 one then. Like i mentioned before Pat did you swap the pulley on to you new pumps and is it just an interference fit because there doesn't appear to be a bolt holding it on (see pic) just a rusty hole which i assume has a thread in it photo was taken with the pump on the car so not very clear.

My guy never changed the pully, so I assume it's a press fit.

The SRT8 ones almost double the price and it doesn't get good with FIAT in charge!

One for the stateside guys. Whats are ATSCO remanufactured parts like. Good reputation in the states or are they lower end of the market. They seem to rebuild loads of parts in the U.S and do power steering pumps for reasonable money with a 12 month guarantee
