Right got me a warranted 2nd hand (see pic) one they are silly money new over here and all the suppliers i can find stateside want your core to re-con and send back to you everybody i spoke to said the 6.1 cores are in short supply. I'll fit it the weekend and let you know Whine yer bas#ard and you're dead lol
And for info the P/S pumps for the 5.7 Hemi and 6.1 Hemi are different. See info from Tony at Chrysler below

Hydraulic pressure for operation of the power steering gear is provided by a belt-driven all-aluminum power steering pump. Most vehicles use a common drop flow rate and constant displacement type pump that is mounted in a common location (left front of engine). The SRT8 power steering pump however is a constant-flow type, but appears the same externally and is mounted in the same location as others.

Part Numbers for each are:
Mopar #04782524AF = 5.7L
Mopar #05290845AB = 6.1L

Fitted yesterday and its now a lot quieter i'll have to have a listen to somebody elses and compare next time we have a meet up

Mines silent as silent can be and is 7 years old so if you can't hear it it must be ok
