can somebody please help what is the simplist way of changing the fog light bulbs

Turn the steering wheel to full lock, i.e. for the front right turn steering wheel full lock to left to give up access. Then ease of the plastic rivets that mount the splash shield along the bumpers. You only need to take off 4 or 5 rivets & get someone to hold the splash back to give you enough room whilst you install the hid kit. Not need to drill holes for a screw mount. Instead use super strength 3M double sided tape and mount the ballast to your preferred location. Mine is mounted on the inside of the bumpers.

Same for the front left but do full right lock to the steering wheel, remove a few plastic rivets to allow you enough gap to get the hids

Take care you don't destroyed the rivets, they came be reused is removed with care. You may want to use a dinner fork to wiggle the rivet out.

One other way is from underneath. Using ramps, or a jack and some blocks, get the front end up in the air. Block for safety.

Remove any underbody tray attached to the front fascia.

Access to the bulbs is now open and available.
