help!! anyone know which SOT lead for facelift with REL stereo

No sound on the radio or handset

I got the same SOT from that place running Parrot ck3100 on rej. When I receive a call the sound level is low, you have to crank up the volume of the rej to high volume to hear through the speakers and when call has ends the volume returns to very high. The setting on the Parrot is at maximum. I wonder if anyone else has the same experience, worked OK on my previous car.

My parrot's the same. Certainly wakes you up when the call ends!!

Radio working fine and mute with phone No audio on phone incoming or outgoing!!!

I don't know what lead or if this is of any use to you but someone on here fitted one and said the lead does not plug in to the stereo, it actually connects to another plug lower down near the amp or something like that?

it could be Simon lead came with no instructions will have look see if any spare leads
