The suspension seems to need a lot of TLC, but do I regret buying it - not at all. It still puts a smile on my face. My only piece of advice would be, if it snows, leave it at home unless you've put winter tyres on it.

I had mine for 3 years. Bought it with 9k on the clock, traded her in 3 years later with about 55k on the clock.
The only problem I had in almost 50,000 miles, was an intermittant failure to start 1st time from cold.
It happend about 5 times in total, eventually starting on the 3rd or 4th attempt.

And the wheels.

By enlarge, I was happy with mine, just needed something a little more economical, and something which the wife would drive.

Also came from a BMW, I am always looking at what I may buy next but to be honest I can't part with it. I think this one I will run into the ground. The only car I would part this with would be a facelifted SRT

Part of the enjoyment is not being RHD. It also makes these 'American cars' more exclusive ! IMHO.
I had Vettes for the last 16 years, always fun in a LHD !!
