Thanks for your replies.
I don't have an issue with my sensor as such. What I do have is a VERY slow leak. Approx 0.5 bar over a 2-3 day period. Have put the wheel in a water bath, but other than coming out cleaner, no signs of any leak.
It's just a PITA to keep pumping it up. So my only guess is than the sensor stem / body has a very slight leak ?
Any ideas. ?
Dale.

I had this problem after a tyre change and then had a replacement sensor fitted. When I examined the old sensor, I could see that the original seal had been severely squashed at some time, probably when refurbished wheels had been fitted. So I probably only needed to have bought a service kit, rather than the complete valve. Try brushing on some soapy fluid around the valve stem and look for bubbles.
This was my 1st plan, and hence the original post, in that if I have to take the tyre off again, I wanted to be 100% sure to get it sorted, and changing the 'old' sensor to the newer rubber type would help.

I'll try that tomorrow. My only issue was / is, no leak found when in the water bath. (the wheel, not me lol)
Did you fit the rubber type ? If so, main dealer ?
Cheers,
